Otto Geleng is the fine-dining restaurant of the Grand Hotel Timeo (Belmond), opened in 2018 and Michelin-starred since 2019. The name honours the German painter Otto Geleng, who in the 19th century helped make Taormina known to the world through his paintings.

Chef Roberto Toro, born in Palagonia (CT) to a farming family, offers contemporary Sicilian cooking that showcases local fish, seasonal vegetables and precise technique.
